Constitutional Rights Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on strategic legal assistance and public policy advocacy. We were born out of a real need: more and more state policies have a direct impact on citizens’ constitutional rights, yet there is a lack of effective oversight.
We stand as a counterbalance to power.
We work to ensure that the law remains within the confines of the constitution.

This foundation was established by Viktor Santoso Tandiasa, who has high capacity and capability, with proven experience in winning major cases with national impact.
His track record of success includes:
Being part of the constitutional struggle in challenging the Job Creation Law.
Successfully transferring the authority of the Tax Court to the Supreme Court for the sake of a clean judiciary, and fighting for the budgetary independence of the judiciary in Indonesia.
Fighting for remaining internet quota to be rolled over/refunded so that it does not expire within a certain period of use.
Fighting for the rights of people with disabilities (color blindness) in accessing traffic facilities such as the provision of traffic signal devices, and fighting to remove criminal fines for the use of the Garuda Pancasila state emblem.
Successfully fought for a ban on the practice of deputy ministers holding multiple positions in a number of state-owned enterprises
