About Us

The Constitutional Rights Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on providing legal assistance and strategic policy advocacy. 

This foundation was established based on the urgency of protecting the fundamental rights of citizens, which are often compromised by government policies that are not in line with the constitution.

We act as a counterbalance to power to ensure that every law and decision of the state administration is always in favor of justice for the people.

Policy Advocacy: Undertaking legal action in the Constitutional Court and the State Administrative Court to overturn regulations that violate the constitutional rights of the public.

Strategic Legal Assistance: Providing legal assistance to communities affected by government policies through litigation and non-litigation approaches.

Constitutional Education: Raising public legal awareness so that people are able to identify and fight for their rights independently.

Regulatory Monitoring: Overseeing every process of public policy formation to ensure that it remains within the constitutional framework.
